When to leave for IAH from Katy, Sugar Land, and Rosenberg

The pickup time for Intercontinental is set from your flight and your street, not from a city-wide drive time.

Start from the flight, then the address

People miss George Bush Intercontinental when they ask how long Houston is from the airport and leave on that number. IAH sits north of the city. Katy uses I-10. Sugar Land and Missouri City come up from the south. Rosenberg is farther out on I-69 and Highway 59. Those are different drives, and the morning hour changes them again.

Chenab Limo sets the minute to be outside by working backward from your departure. Send the flight number and the address. We confirm the pickup time and the flat fare by phone or text before the car is dispatched. No payment is required to request the ride.

The practical part

What changes the clock

Katy and I-10

An early departure can run long when I-10 is already slow. Some of those drives pass 60 minutes. They are not forced into the $150 zone.

Sugar Land neighborhoods

First Colony, Telfair, New Territory, and the far side of the city are not the same trip to IAH. Hobby is usually the shorter airport from Sugar Land.

Rosenberg

This is the long end of our Fort Bend coverage. Many Rosenberg to IAH drives are past the published zones. You get a separate flat quote, not a guessed $150.

The night before

For a morning flight, lock the pickup the evening prior. A same-morning guess is how the buffer disappears.

Published airport zones are $110 for 30 minutes or less, $130 for 31–45 minutes, and $150 for 46–60 minutes, for a private SUV with 1–6 passengers. A drive over 60 minutes is a separate flat quote from the street address. Confirm at +1 (832) 212-0018 or bookings@chenablimo.com.

Questions this guide answers

No. If the drive from your address is 60 minutes or less, it uses Zone A, B, or C. Longer drives get their own flat quote before anyone is dispatched.
It depends on the neighborhood and the hour. Send the flight and the address and we text the minute to be ready.
A booked return follows the landing, so a delay does not start a new clock from the curb.
Send the airline, the address, and the passenger count. The flight number is what lets us track the departure.
