A drop-off at a named pavilion, then a pickup when you are done, is two transfers from your address. If the chauffeur should stay through the appointment, book hourly service at $90 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Families coming from the Memorial villages can start with the Bunker Hill guide, including a gate code.
Patients flying in should connect the flight to the campus on one request. Use airport transfers and put the clinic building in the same note as the flight number. Mission Bend and other southwest addresses should include a pin, because street names repeat.
The practical part
The Medical Center has many entrances. The pavilion or garage name is the pickup.
Staying is hourly. Coming back at a time you text is a second transfer.
Tell us if a walker, a wheelchair to the curb, or an extra seat is needed.
Clinic floors are slow for calls. The number on the booking should reach the person at the curb.
Medical Center rides are quoted from the address and the building. Airport zones are $110 for 30 minutes or less, $130 for 31–45 minutes, and $150 for 46–60 minutes, private SUV, 1–6 passengers.
