Downtown Houston venues have more than one curb. The booking should say which one, and when the car comes back.

Toyota Center, the Theater District, and George R. Brown each have several entrances. The downtown Houston guide is the short version: name the door, and text when you are walking out. A drop-off plus a booked return is two transfers. A car that stays through the show is hourly at $90 per hour, 3-hour minimum.
The same note is in what to send your chauffeur. A hotel on the same night needs its own door. Do not write downtown and expect the right curb.
The practical part
Toyota Center gate, theater entrance, or GRB hall. Put the name on the request.
Curtain and final buzzer are predictable enough to book. We would rather have a time than a scramble.
If you are coming from a downtown hotel, name that lobby too.
One SUV, 1–6 guests. Say so if the party is larger.
