Premium Chauffeur Service in Houston, TX

A wrong turn in the Memorial villages, Mission Bend, or a downtown garage costs the buffer you thought you had.
September 19, 2026 · Chenab Limo dispatch
Most late pickups we see are not traffic. They are a gate the chauffeur cannot open, a street name that exists twice, or a venue with two doors. The fix is what you send before we dispatch.
We confirm those details and the flat fare by call or text. The chauffeur gets that plan. No payment is required to request the ride. Call +1 (832) 212-0018 or email bookings@chenablimo.com.
The practical part
Use the street address. Add a pin when the street name repeats, which happens in Mission Bend and parts of southwest Houston.
Bunker Hill and other Memorial streets often sit behind a gate. Send the code with the booking so the car is not stopped at the entrance.
An airport ride needs the flight number. An event needs the venue and the door: Smart Financial Centre, George R. Brown, and Toyota Center each have more than one.
One private SUV covers 1–6 passengers. The bag count picks the room. The phone number is the one that will be on when the car arrives.
If any of those details change, text us before the pickup minute. A new address or a new flight is a new confirmation, not a note the chauffeur is expected to guess.
